Elise graduated from Edinburgh University with a degree in English with Education. After a career in the police she decided it was time for a new challenge and became a recruitment consultant with a leading high street agency.
During her 15 years in recruitment Elise has specialised in a number of areas including high volume recruitment and contract management. Currently she specialises in HR recruitment, Executive Search and Head Hunting. Elise is a chartered member of the CIPD and offers HR support to a number of clients on a consultancy basis.
