A one-off placement fee is payable when the candidate commences employment The fee is based on a percentage of the annual salary of the role recruited for. A rebate scheme is in place if the candidate should prove to be incompatible within a 12-week period. No fee is due if a suitable candidate is not sourced for the position. Alternatively, you may pay a retainer fee, while we source the ideal candidates. Our final fee can then be considerably reduced with this method.
Our commitment to ensure you get the right person is as strong with contract positions as it is with your permanent vacancies. If you decide that the vacant position within your organisation is best filled by a contractor, we will work with you to ensure you get the best person for the job. As part of this process we will negotiate favourable terms for both each individual contractor and client.
